Dr Nooshin Tafti
Dr Nooshin Tafti completed her BDSc with Honours at the University of Western Australia in 2001. She founded Dental 864 in 2008 with a commitment to providing state of the art dentistry in her beloved home town of Perth. Her aim as a dentist is to provide beautiful and precise work in a gentle and caring environment.
Nooshin has a keen eye for the aesthetics of the face and enjoys creating a harmonious smile that complements the proportions of the face. Along with cosmetic dental work she enjoys all aspects of dentistry and routinely performs root canal treatments, crowns, implant restorations, Invisalign and general dental care.
Nooshin is committed to creating an environment where patients feel comfortable and taken care of. She understands that visiting the dentist can be a stressful time and her gentle and caring approach helps put her patients at ease. She also loves that Dental864 is a family practice that treats patients young and old and always encourages parents to feel comfortable to bring their little ones along so they become accustomed to visiting the dentist and subsequently instilling positive, lifelong oral hygiene habits.
Dr Tafti is committed to continuing her education and regularly attends advanced courses and seminars in order to keep up to date with all facets of modern dentistry.
Dr Tafti is passionate about using the most state-of-the-art equipment and materials to achieve the best results possible for every patient.
In her spare time Nooshin loves to spend time with her family and adorable Groodle Bowie. She also loves to draw, exercise and travel overseas.
Dr Sidrah Samnakay
Dr Sidrah Samnakay is a gentle and caring dentist who completed her Bachelor of Dental Science with Honours from the University of Western Australia in 2010. She is passionate about all aspects of dentistry, and is committed to caring for and improving the oral health of her patients. She previously worked at the Sydney Dental Hospital where she was mentored by various specialists in many dental disciplines such as paediatrics, periodontics and endodontics.
During her undergraduate training she received many awards for her commitment to excellence in dentistry, including pain control, endodontics, oral surgery and special needs dentistry. She has undertaken further studies with the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons, and completed her Fellowship with the College in General Dental Practice in 2013.
Sidrah is a mum of two gorgeous kids, and in her spare time she loves baking, cooking and watching Bollywood movies.
Dr Linh Truong
Dr Linh Truong completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Western Australia. She is a compassionate dentist who aspires to work with the utmost professionalism and dedication.
Linh is passionate about providing dental treatments that are gentle, caring and individualised to each patient. Having practiced as a pharmacist since 2015, she understands the importance of primary preventative care in the management of over-all health and the implications of poor oral health on systemic health. She has the strong belief that prevention is better than cure.
She is also interested in the management of pain, caring for patients with dental anxiety, restorations within the aesthetic zone and is committed to pursuing further studies to enhance her skills and knowledge in dentistry.
In her spare time, she loves to go on hike with her dogs, cooking up a storm for her family and recently she became a mother to her beautiful baby girl.
Dr Dianna Chan
Dr Dianna Chan graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Doctor of Dental Medicine. She first started practicing regional dentistry in Bunbury but has since moved back to Perth to be closer to family and friends.
Dianna enjoys all aspects of dentistry with a particular interest in general restorative and aesthetic dentistry. She believes the most important part of dentistry is patient communication and education and enjoys getting to know her patients so that she can treat them in a comfortable manner and help them best achieve their dental goals.
In her spare time, she enjoys learning languages (currently Cantonese and Japanese), baking sweet goods, and reading cozy mystery books.
